JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience:
• 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in D365 across AX/365, Project Operations.
• 5 - 8 years in a Solution Architect / Solution Governance role.
• Minimum 6 implementations across below mentioned function & technical skills.
Functional:
• Finance: GL, AP, AR, Cash and Bank, Budget Planning, Operational budget and Budget Control, Travel and Expense Management, Inter-company transfers, Invoice Management, Payments, Month-Year end closing and financial reporting.
• Procurement: Source to pay including Vendor Collaboration, Procurement category management & spend analysis.
• Human Resource: Payroll, Hire 2 Retire process and UAE regulatory compliances.
• Sales & Account Receivables: Order to Cash.
• Project Operations: Project operations and Budgeting.
Technical:
• Solution Design Review and Analysis
• Workflow Management: Across the respective functional areas.
• Reduction in Technical Debt: Analysis of Development Objects vs Out of the box.
Job Role:
The candidate will be required to review the existing system landscape and provide an analysis which should contain:
• Analysis of current state implementation
• Analysis of Technical Debt.
• Recommendation on reimplement vs retain at a process level. This should also contain recommendation on implementing new functionality/modules with a view to reduce Technical Debt.
